Complaints Management
An integrated management system was developed for Attikes Diadromes S.A. (Attiki Odos) in order to manage the complaints and requests of its clients. The provided service consists of two parts: The design of the complaints management system and its parameterization and customization.
Shift Management
This product was developed for Attikes Diadromes S.A. in order to automate the company's procedures on shift management for the Traffic department. Product development took into account shift management needs and department practices and underlying legal frame as well as the related human resources management factors.
Monitoring System for Intermodal Transport
The specific system aims at improving the strategic planning and policy making procedures of transport organizations, by satisfying two specific needs: (a) the need of collecting, updating and using a unique, unified and reliable database relevant to the transport system and (b) the need of developing a decision support tool capable of answering any questions relevant to transport operation level (what's up questions) and capable of estimating the consequences of a decision (what if questions).
Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
Batch of applications that aim in integrating the communications and IT systems that exist in an organization. Indicatively, the following applications are mentioned:
- Tele-Information to cover the need for telephone support of clients and associates. Also used by public organizations and institutions for citizen information
- Tele-Voting, to support the polls organized by public and private institutions
- Tele-Ordering and Tele-Promotion, to support Ordering, Marketing and Administration procedures of big companies primarily in the food and beverage sector.
- Automatic Pre-answering and diverting of incoming phone calls and requests for use by big private corporations and public organizations.
Conference & Exhibition Management Information System
This system was developed in order to support Helexpo activity planning and administration. The system consists of two parts. The Administration part provides a uniform way to administer the exhibitions that Helexpo or any other company undertakes to organize. The information and support part enables the visitors or the participants to be informed not only about scheduled events but also about personal information concerning their participation in events by the use of multimedia systems or by use of smart cards.
