Protected Zone Data Base Project

The ASECAP PZDB project (2017 – to date) is dynamically collecting all GIS and relevant technical data of Europe’s motorways protected zones (tolls etc.) providing an accurate data base to the ITS systems used by the Navigation/Motor and other industries.

ASECAP is the European Association of Operators of Toll Road Infrastructures, whose members’ networks today span more than 86,000 km of motorways, bridges and tunnels across 19 member countries (Austria, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Morocco, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, the Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Turkey, the United Kingdom).

ASECAP’s purpose is to defend and develop the system of motorways and road infrastructures in Europe applying tolls as a means to ensure the financing of their construction, maintenance and operation. Learn more at www.asecap.com
